What Yavo never asks for, and what it keeps.

Yavo never connects to your bank. Here is what the app asks for, what it stores, where that lives and how you delete it, written short enough to check.

What we never ask for

  • Your online banking login

Yavo does not connect to your bank. There is no password to enter, no connection to renew and no aggregator in the middle.

  • Your full card number

Apple Pay capture records the merchant and the amount. Card numbers are never read or stored.

What comes in, and only when you send it

  • Apple Pay taps in stores

Logged by a Shortcuts automation on your iPhone, which you set up and can switch off at any time.

  • Statements you email

A statement is read once to extract its transactions. The original file is deleted after import.

  • Receipts you photograph and expenses you say out loud

Receipt images and voice input are processed to extract the merchant, the date and the amount. They are not used to identify you or for advertising.

Where your data lives

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the European Union or the United States, depending on the service.

  • Never sold, never used for ads

Yavo is paid for by its subscription, not by your data.

Deleting your data

  • Delete your account from the app

Transactions, receipts, reports and your account are deleted together.

  • Export first if you want a copy

Export your transactions as CSV before you delete.
